Chris Breaux is a partner at Emberline Capital. He has completed over $3 billion in transactions across mutiple sectors and geographies. Prior to Emberline, Chris spent the majority of his career in New York where he started his career as an equity research analyst before transitioning to investment banking then investing. He has co-led the successful de novo build of an M&A division, and co-founded multiple software startups. Chris earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from Bucknell University and currently resides in Washington, DC with his wife and two amazing daughters.

Jon McLaughlin is a partner at Emberline Capital. Prior to Emberline, Jon was an operating executive in multiple PE-backed companies implementing value creation initiatives. Jon started his career in the public markets working on trading desks in London and New York, before migrating to the operating side. He has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business and a BA from Columbia University in the City of New York. Jon grew up in San Jose, Costa Rica and currently resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
